Journal Prompts

Journal prompts are part of an insightful practice supporting your own evaluation how you perceive your Self. Pick a couple different times during your week to answer the questions, preferably at the start of your day. Reflect on your answers, specifically how and why they may differ or remain the same. Consider that it might prove beneficial for you to share your answers with a close friend or family member, whom you love and trust, as they may be able to help you work through any hard feelings which arise as a result of the exercise.

Your Possibilities are ENDLESS

Energetically, following the May New Moon, your slate was purified, my friend~! With this clean start, we collectively can progress toward our goals on that beautiful horizon. The challenge now is not to rush. I know it's hard, but the Universe says in order to succeed, patience is key for the next 6 weeks. Now is the time to take it slow.

Likely, you have recently recovered from burnout - or you're still recovering - and because that the foggy energy has dissipated, you're ready (and growing impatient) for the good things to happen. S-L-O-W D-O-W-N Now is the time to establish deep connection within your Self, your guides and the Divine Energy. If you charge too quickly, you'll miss key learnings, connections, and growth opportunities if your goal is the only thing you see.

In order to connect, we first must Ground. By grounding you will establish deep and secure connections within your Self, others, and the Earth. Grounding helps pull us out of old patterns and presents a greater ease settling within your Self.. Transforming out from the old patterns, connecting deeply with those we love dearly, will help us flourish into your Self Worth.

SEEDS OF GROWTH ~ How to Invest in Your Self

All humans have flaws, be it perfectionism, stubbornness, egoism, et cetera. Having a good sense of Self Worth is not dependent on being perfect - It’s impossible to be perfect!

Loving yourself for who you are, in spite of the flaws, is the key to planting the right seeds for growth. The first step to loving yourself for who you are is to know that you are worthy of all good things that come.

Building Self Worth will further support clearly defined boundaries (in both your business and personal life), preventing burnout. Most of us have recently hit a wall and really need a knee up.

- What is my biggest achievement in my life to date?

- What will be the biggest achievement(s) of my life overall?

- When I was a child, who was my best friend? Why were we best friends?

- When I was a child, what was the biggest dream I had for myself?

- Who is my best friend now? Why?

- Did the biggest dream for myself as a child come true? Why or why not?

- What do I want to achieve by the end of next week?

- How will I feel about myself if I do not meet this goal? Why?

- Outside of my career, how do I define success?

- When have I felt most comfortable in my own skin?

- What are 3 things I love about my Self?

- What are 3 flaws I identify within my Self.

My intention for this practice is to help you understand that your Self Worth is not dependent on what you do, but simply on the existence of your beautiful Spirit.

May you realise your full potential and find Harmony in all you do!
